Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood Walkthrough
Sequence 1 - 1
100% Requirement: N/A
First, you see there is a battle between orange and red army. Then Ezio, your main protagonist will be run toward the leader of the Borgia, the red army. Just rapidly tab the button when Ezio try to kill Cesare, the leader of the Borgia and the main antagonist of this game. After that you will be in the Aztec room with blue neon everywhere. Just exit the room and cutscene play. After the cutscene end, activate your eagle sense and climb up. Now, follow Mario exit the Aztec room. There will be a bunch of monk outside the Aztec room. Keep running until you have arrived in front of closed gate, be ready to fight!. After you defeat all of the Borgia army, follow Mario again and avoid battle as possible if you don’t want this mission to be troublesome. Keep follow Mario until you arrive at the tower and then the first mission is finished.
Sequence 1 - 2
100% Requirement: N/A
After you leave Roma, you come back to your uncle’s villa. Follow Mario until you arrive in front of the villa’s stair. After you have arrived, there will be three sub-mission that you must complete, I recommend that do the nearest one.
Fat Lady - Deliver the box of flower in front of the villa
Old Man - Catch Mario’s favorite horse and give it back to the horse keeper
Mercenaries – Find the engineer and bring him to the cannon, then fire the target
After all the sub-mission completed, go into the villa. There will be several cutscene plays. After the cutscene end. Go to your room and something is happen tomorrow morning. The Borgia attacking your uncle’s villa. You will be automatically ride the horse and go to the villa cannon. Hit many enemy cannon as possible until all of the villagers are flee. After that, the army of Borgia come out from the moving tower, kill them all man. After your uncle is dead, you have to fight the Borgia alongside the Mercenaries to the villa. There you will meet your sister has been attacked by Borgia, follow her and go inside the villa. Go to the statue place then the second and last mission of the 1st sequence is completed.
Sequence 2 - 1
100% Requirement: Don’t drop below 1 health square.
You come back to Roma once again but the pain is all surround you. Find a doctor, he is near the church. After the doctor heals you, climb the church and Synchronize the map then after you do it, jump in to the straw and you see 4 Borgia armies planning to attack someone. Follow them when they are moving but be sure not too close from them. After they striking their target, kill them all, man and for 100% completion, more easy if you use the counter button. After all of them are death, you have completed your first mission of sequence 2.
Sequence 2 - 2
100% Requirement: Kill your target with hidden blade
Now is the time for helping someone, your target is in the hill, my friend. Find a way up there and make sure you have chosen hidden blade as a ready weapon. For easy 100% completion, assassinate him from the rooftop. After the target is dead, escape from the Borgia armies and you have complete the mission.
Sequence 2 - 3
100% Requirement: Throw the Borgia captain into the scaffold to kill him.
Long time no see Machiavelli. He wants you to strike the Borgia but first, follow him to the Blacksmith to buy a weapon and armor. After all what you need are be present, follow Machiavelli again to the location where you will fight with the Borgia. After you have arrived, kill the captain by throw him into the scaffold for 100% completion. After the captain is dead, back to your friend then ignite the tower. After the fire is burn the Borgia tower, the mission is complete.
Sequence 2 - 4
100% Requirement: Don’t lose any health.
Now the location is free. Renovate the stable for starting of this mission. For the 100% requirement completion of this mission, make sure don’t make any trouble with the Borgia. Now ride the horse and follow Machiavelli to the Pantheon. After you have arrived, someone will steal your money. Retrieve your money back, man. And the mission is end.
Sequence 2 - 5
100% Requirement: Catch the Borgia courier under a minute.
After you liberate your money for a small victory, Machiavelli asks you to come with him again to the Colloseum. After you arrived at the Colloseum, Machiavelli’s courier is been attacked by the Borgia, save him, boy. After he free, catch the courier under a minute for the 100% completion and you have finished this mission.
Sequence 2 - 6
100% Requirement: Don’t lose any health.
Maybe this mission is the most difficult mission for getting 100% completion, you must train your skill to use counter button. Actually the mission is simple, you just kill the pack of Romulus and the mission is over.
Sequence 2 - 7
100% Requirement: Complete the memory within 8 minutes.
The other hardest mission for getting 100% requirement completion. First pull all of four levers, I recommended to activate the left side first. After all of the lever is activated, dive underwater and find a way to the door then activate the switch to open it, there will be a room with full of fire behind this gate, find a way to across the fire, after that you just move forward then wind a way to across the gate when the cutscene is over, ignore all the treasure that you see if you want 100% completion, after you arrived at where the Romulus captain throw his follower, find a way to go to up there, the throne is first way to climb and find a next way. After you are in the upstairs, just open the different treasure chest then go out because that is way to end this mission.
Sequence 2 - 8
100% Requirement: N/A
After you come out from the Halls of Nero, Machiavelli is waiting for the letter. After the cutscene finished, follow your friend to the tunnel so you can go to Tiber Island Hideout quickly. A cutscene will be play again and this is the end of Sequence 2. If you do the previous memory correctly, you will get Buns of Steel cheat.
Sequence 3 - 1
100% Requirement: Do not be detected, and remain undetected.
La Volpe thought that Machiavelli is a traitor, but I’m sure he is an assassin not a traitor. First meet La Volpe at the market. There you see Machiavelli has a transaction to the Borgia. Volpe’s thieves then attack the Borgia when Machiavelli is leaving. The young thieve has an injuries, help him, man. After you kill them all, go to the place where La Volpe and father of this young boy. Blend in a group of crowds so you can avoid the Borgia army recognize you and for 100% completion. After you have arrived, lose your notoriety by removing your poster, pay a herald, or kill the Borgia spy. After that meet La Volpe on the Thieves guild and rebuild the guild after the cutscene is over and the mission is completed.
Sequence 3 - 2
100% Requirement: Kill only Borgia captain.
Time to visit an old friend, Bartolomeo. His place is under control of the Borgia. After few conversations, the Borgia captain is attacking Bartolomeo’s place. This is your chance to kill the Borgia captain, but be sure only kill him for 100% completion. After he died, ignite his tower so Bartolomeo’s place is free from the Borgia. Go to the water and go to the bridge so the guards did not see you. After you ignite the tower, return to Bartolomeo and Pantasilea then rebuild his place for the end of this mission.
Sequence 3 - 3
100% Requirement: Do not swim.
The leader of Courtesan of Rosa in Fiore has been kidnapped, help him. She is near the Tiber Island. First, pickpocket the civilians until you have 2000 florins, or if you have it more, you can go to the target without pickpocket the civilians, but remember without swim if you want this as 100% completion. Even you have brought those money, they still kill the Courtesan leader. Now then kill them all. After you do that, go back to Rosa in Fiore to tell that the leader is dead. But you meet your sister and mother there. After the cutscene, go to the architect to rebuild Rosa in Fiore and the mission is complete.
Sequence 3 - 4
100% Requirement: N/A
Just go back to Tiber Island hideout, after the cutscene is over, talk to the architect and the sequence 3 is completed. If you complete the previous memories, you will unlock the killing spree cheat.
Sequence 4 - 1
100% Requirement: Do not be detected.
Caterina Sforza is been kidnapped by Lucrezia Borgia inside the Castel san Angelo, free her but do not be detected for a 100% completion. Go to the checkpoint, there will be 3 guards. Kill the spearman first then kill the common army. Now go to the next checkpoint, you are nearly touching the Castel san Angelo. Keep going to the next checkpoint, any chance for killing the guard, use it wisely. Keep go and go until you reach the rooftops. Kill the crossbowman first then assassinate the guard under. Go to next checkpoint and you will see one guard, wait him walk past you then assassinate him. The last checkpoint is in front of the Caterina Sforza, kill 2 guards that guarding the prison and the mission is done.
Sequence 4 - 2
100% Requirement: Do not lose more than 10 health square.
Lucrezia Borgia hold the key, find her in the top of san Angelo Castle. If you have located her, grasp up and go to her. After that bring her to Caterina, but guards will save Lucrezia. Kill everyone who stand in your way but don’t lose more than 10 health squares for 100% completion, use counter for easy. If Lucrezia is fleeing, just tackle her. And if you take her to Caterina, the mission is over.
Sequence 4 - 3
100% Requirement: Do not be detected.
You have free your princess warrior, now bring her out from this hellish place but do not be detected as if you want a 100% completion. First, there will be 2 guards looking for what happen, assassinate both of them. Then keep going on to the first checkpoint. There will be other guard guarding the place, kill them so you can freely walk to the next checkpoint. After you throw Caterina in to a haystack, wait a guard until nearly reach the haystack then kill him. After you nearly bring your princess out, there will be two activator for opening the gate, come man, you are nearly complete this mission. After the gate is open, bring Caterina Sforza out from the Castel san Angelo and the mission is finish.
Sequence 4 - 4
100% Requirement: Active a kill streak at least 5 guards.
You finally made it, you bring your princess out from the bad guy’s castle. Now, time for escape. Escort Caterina away from castello. Do not care about the guards, you will kill them after you escort Caterina. After you arrived in front of Castel san Angelo’s bridge, time to kill the guards. Active a kill streak at least 5 guards if you want a 100% completion. If the guard attacks you, quickly press the counter button. Keep fight the guard until the time is out then be notoriety after the time is out and the mission is over.
Sequence 4 - 5
100% Requirement: Do not lose more than 5 health square.
Cesare has out there somewhere, it is our chance to build our forces. Recruit the assassin. There are some Borgia attacking a civilian, help him. I think he want to be our assassin. But be sure not to lose more than 5 healths square for the 100% completion. If you have recruited 2 citizens, your mission is complete.
Sequence 4 - 6
100% Requirement: Kill your target using assassin recruit.
Once again, the courtesan problem. Chase, find, and kill that monster Malfatto. Follow the checkpoint so you can find your target easily. After you found him, use assassin recruit to kill him for 100% completion. Requiescat in Pace.
Sequence 4 - 7
100% Requirement: Kill your target using assassin recruit.
Oooh, poor little boy, I will help you. Find the target, boy. After you have found him, follow him to the place where the mother of that kid is kidnapped. When you have arrived, kill all guard and the target, don’t forget to use your assassin recruit for 100% completion. After you killed them all, go to the Pigeon coop for ending this mission.
Sequence 4 - 8
100% Requirement: N/A
Just find where the voice comes from, oh that is your friend, Leonardo da Vinci. Buy something you want from him and the mission is complete.
Sequence 4 - 9
100% Requirement: N/A
Just wait until the conversation finish then view the map on the desk. After you check it, leave your hideout and this is the end of sequence 4. If all the memory of the sequence 4 is a 100% completion, you will get the sisterhood cheat unlocked.
Sequence 5 - 1
100% Requirement: Do not be detected when escorting the senator.
Time to strike the Borgia from behind. Find the senator, after you have arrived at the green zone. Locate where he is with your eagle sense, once you have locate him, kill the Borgia who nearly kill the senator. After you help the senator, escort him to a safety place without be detected for 100% completion, assassin recruit is helpful. After you arrived at the third checkpoint, the mission is over.
Sequence 5 - 2
100% Requirement: Do not be detected and do not touch the ground.
Finally, the time is come. You will follow the senator to the banker. But do not be detected and touch the ground for 100% completion. First, go to the checkpoint. Then follow the senator. After you arrived at the Pantheon, kill the Borgia captain via the rooftops. Go to the back of the Pantheon to access the rooftops. Once you in the rooftops, get inside carefully then assassinate the captain for the end of this mission.
Sequence 5 - 3
100% Requirement: Arrive at your destination in less than 3 minutes.
Actually this mission is simple, just hear what the Borgia army said and you will arrive soon. But for 100% completion, you must arrive at your destination in less than 3 minutes then the mission is done. The Banker is at the bridge, find the nearest bridge then just hear what the Borgia said to arrive there.
Sequence 5 - 4
100% Requirement: Kill the Banker from the bench without being detected.
Now is the time to kill the banker. First, follow the guard and stay undetected. More easy if you hire the courtesan. In the middle of the journey, the guard who carried the money will change. Keep follow them and hire courtesan whenever you see them. Once the money have arrived at the Banker, follow him to the main festival. After the speech of Cesare, now is the time to kill the Banker from the bench for 100% completion. The mission is done when he has been assassinated.
Sequence 5 - 5
100% Requirement: N/A
Claudia’s girls has stolen the banker’s money. But there is a problem at Rosa in Fiore. When you get inside, you see there is many Borgia armies is death in the hand of your sister. This is the end of sequence 5. You will unlock the ultimate guild cheat if your previous mission is completely 100% present.
Sequence 6 - 1
100% Requirement: Do not take any damage.
The France armies are begin to attack Bartolomeo’s barrack, give him a little help but without taking any damage for 100% completion. Close three gates in the barrack, use smoke bomb for easy closing gates without taking any damage. After you close all the gates, kill the French armies that trapped inside the barrack. Once they have defeated, follow Bartolomeo to the France main camp. The mission is done.
Sequence 6 - 2
100% Requirement: Do not be detected.
If you want to go inside of France main camp, you must look like the France army first. The way to do it is to steal the armor but do not be detected for 100% Requirement. The easiest way to do that is hire the mercenaries to fight the France army, and help from the assassin recruit. The mission is over when you have stolen 20 France armors.
Sequence 6 - 3
100% Requirement: Do not lose any health square.
Time to save Bartolomeo’s girlfriend, kill every guard that stay on your path but be sure to not lose any health square for 100% completion. Use assassin recruit for an easy job. First, kill four guards who take control the patrol route, then dismiss the next three guards. Keep killing the guards until you reach the destination. Once you get inside, keep moving to the France leader. The mission is end when you kill the last guards.
Sequence 6 - 4
100% Requirement: Finish the mission in less than 5 minutes.
Baron de Valois not releases Pantasilea, save her man. Complete this mission in less than 5 minutes for 100% completion. Make sure you have bought the Crossbow for easy completion. First, kill 4 spearman that guarding the gates after that open it. Once you get inside, kill the guard who guarding the rooftop, use the left path for more quickly. Then assassinate the target easily from the rooftop. You have save your friend’s princess and this is the end of sequence 6. If you have completed the previous mission perfectly, you will get the calling all assassins cheat.
Sequence 7 - 1
100% Requirement: Do not drop 5 health squares.
First mission of sequence 7. The Borgia know the location of La Volpe’s hideout, make them regret why they notice this place but be sure to do not drop 5 health squares for 100% completion. After you kill them all, follow Volpe to the thieves. In the middle of the road, there are a thief who been attacked by the Borgia. After you save him, follow La Volpe again. There are another Borgia who attacks the thief, save them again then continue the journey. The mission is finish when you save the last thieves group.
Sequence 7 - 2
100% Requirement: Use assassin recruit to kill the target.
Michelleto has been located, onto him. After you found him, tail him into the artist. The first target is located, use assassin recruit to kill the target for 100% completion. After the first target is dead, follow Michelleto again. Kill the second target but remember to use assassin recruit to kill the target for 100% completion. Tail Michelleto to the last target. After all of your recruit kill the targets, follow Michelleto to the play for the end of this mission.
Sequence 7 - 3
100% Requirement: Do not kill anyone other than gunmen.
After all of the costume has required, go to the Colloseum via rooftops. Once you get inside, kill the gunmen before time is run out then reunite with other assassins. After that, go to the stage calmly. Find your spot correctly with the eagle sense. After you are on the last spot, find and assassinate Michelleto.
Sequence 7 - 4
100% Requirement: Do not swim.
So, Pietro was poisoned, bring him to a doctor. After you saved Pietro, there was the thief who though you have been killed. Follow and tackle him. After you know that the thief is the traitor, stop Volpe that wanted to kill Machiavelli. Remember, don’t swim for 100% completion. The mission is done when you have stopped La Volpe’s action.
Sequence 7 - 5
100% Requirement: N/A
Time to promote your sister to become to be an assassin. Go to the hideout, view cutscene plays. Once the cutscene ends, the sequence 8 is ready to be play.
Sequence 8 - 1
100% Requirement: Do not be detected.
You have the key to go inside the castelo. Go there and make sure do not be detected for 100% completion. Make the way to go inside the castelo, use all your skill, crossbow, poison for not to be detected. However, using pistol is noisy and throwing knives is useless because it is not an instant kill weapon. Once you get inside, find a way into the upper dining room, you will hear a conversation between Lucrezia and someone. The mission is done when you reach a window with a circle shape.
Sequence 8 - 2
100% Requirement: Do not kill anyone.
Go to Lucrezia but be sure not to kill guard for 100% completion. After you know where the apple is, go out from the castle through the front window. You will meet Cesare. Find a way to go up then after you have go out from the castle, go to the location of apple within the time limit. The guard will follow you, the smoke bomb is needed this time. After you have arrived to the checkpoint, locate where the apple is then the mission is done.
Sequence 8 - 3
100% Requirement: Do not lose any health.
Escape from the Vatican with the apple. Guards will follow you now but be sure not to take any damage for 100% completion. You cannot use any weapon other than the apple for now, make sure you jump when a guards near you. The mission is done when you have got out from the Vatican district.
Sequence 8 - 4
100% Requirement: N/A
Time to some Borgia army, you now have the ultimate weapon and friends. Go to the checkpoint for kill some Borgia armies. Kill 5 targets with the apple, the longest you hold the use apple button, more health bars will gone. But don’t worry, you will heal automatically. After all the target is death, the mission is finish.
Sequence 8 - 5
100% Requirement: N/A
Break up Cesare’s meeting with the cardinals. First, locate where the cardinal is then tail him. After you arrived, kill 2 targets and I don’t know why. Kill next 2 targets. Kill last 3 targets and the mission is done.
Sequence 8 - 6
100% Requirement: N/A
Face Cesare together with the other assassins in front of Roma’s gate. Go there and kill the pack of Borgia armies once again with your friends until the time is up. You will retrieve Desmond outfit if you complete other mission correct and perfectly. The 8th sequence is done.
Sequence 9 - 1
100% Requirement: Do not drop below 5 health squares.
Chase Cesare but first like the most beginning mission, tap the button quickly. Then kill the Borgia armies. After cannon attacked you, go to the checkpoint, faster to travel by horse. In the middle of the journey, your horse is hits by cannon then dead. You must continue your journey without a horse. Keep going until you reach a moving tower. Be sure do not drop below 5 health squares for 100% completion. Keep moving until you reach the gate. Keep moving until you reach Cesare then battle with him now. Requescat in Pace, Cesare.
